Registration
The Club holds registration at regular intervals throughout the year, normally 2-3 weeks before the start of each session. While we accept registration for future sessions at any time, we ask that you attend our regular registration sessions as this is when all the volunteers are available in one location. This ensures that the various committees and coordinators can get their message out to the majority of parents and skaters as efficiently as possible. If you are unable to make it to one of our regular registration sessions, please contact the Registrar to discuss a mutually convenient time.
Registration for the Winter 2102/2013 session is ongoing during regular skating times. All Club registration sessions are held at the Newport District Rink.
It is Club policy that any skater registering prior to the completion of week #3 of any session will be required to pay the full registration fee. Skaters registering from week 4 -8 may have their registration fee pro-rated, subject to approval of the registrar.
The Registration Form for the 2012-2013 season is now available and can be downloaded here in PDF format. Skaters and parents can download the form and fill in the appropriate sections to save time at registration. The registration form need only be completed on the skater's initial registration of each skating season. Registrations for subsequent sessions are recorded on the initial registration form.
